What's the difference between Austin's and T.G.I. Friday's? Austin's is locally owned. I say this not so much in criticism as simple statement of fact: Big, crowded and bistro-style, with heavy emphasis on the bar and the bar crowd, this suburban watering hole pretty much taps the same vein as the national franchise booze'n'beef genre. It does so reasonably well, always satisfying if rarely exciting. $$
