A locally owned and operated clone of the national Fuddruckers restaurant motif, I don't know whether Fuddrucker's copied Cousins or vice versa. It doesn't matter, though: The local boys are doing a better job, with huge burgers on magisterial home-baked buns and a Metropolitan Museum of toppings. $
