Notice the empty space?We checked out Red Hog for the first time today, and it looks like a winner, with locally produced meats good enough to turn a vegetarian into a carnivore … almost. The $8 sandwich featured city ham, house salami, Swiss, arugula, roasted tomatoes and mayo on a Blue Dog ficelle loaf. Good, but next time, we’ll just buy some meat, cheese and bread and take it home.
